Voucher Opportunity 3 - Energy Infrastructure Project Siting/Permitting Support (Recipients) - Round 3

The Department of Energy is seeking states, local governments, tribes, and other Authority Having Jurisdictions (AHJs) interested in learning about and facilitating energy infrastructure project siting and permitting processes. VO-3 will streamline siting and permitting processes to advance commercialization and demonstration of innovative energy technologies. This Opportunity is designed to increase commercial readiness of energy technologies.

Vouchers will be distributed as in-kind support, meaning that EnergyWerx will directly reimburse the Voucher Provider for the work they have completed on behalf of the Voucher Recipients. The value of each Voucher will depend on the services defined in the Voucher Providers’ capability statements.

More information about the Opportunity is coming soon. No new solicitations for Voucher Providers are sought at this time. DOE has chosen previously selected Providers fitting administration priorities, and Voucher Recipient applications are planned to open this fall.
